Reports had been doing that Disha Vakani is all set to join Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Well, this news has been coming up since the end of last year, but fans are yet to get a glimpse of the actress who is on a maternity leave since 2017. So are these reports really true. Producer Asit Modi himself reveals the truth.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Asit revealed if Disha would join them on their 12^th anniversary special episode. Talking about it, the producer said, “Let the shoot resume first, there is no point commenting or discussing this right now. This is not the proper time to speak about what will happen and just speaking for the heck of it because we are all still figuring out a systematic way to first begin the shoot. First, the shoot should begin, and then we will have a little more clarity on how things will be taken forward."

He also added that the shoot is going to resume soon after Maharashtra government allowed the same. The team would also be taking all the necessary precautions. Well, Disha Vakani’s return is still shrouded in mystery it seems! But we hope she makes a reentry soon.
