Esha Deol To Join The Cast Of TV Show Jag Jaanani Maa Vaishno Devi, Will Be Seen Playing Paridhi Sharma's Mother

The shoots are soon to resume for the mythological TV show Jag Jaanani Maa Vaishnodevi Kahani Mata Rani Ki but it seems the show will now be seeing some new faces. Earlier it was reported that TV actress Puja Banerjee who played the goddess on screen has quit the show and Paridhi Sharma has been confirmed to fill the void.

Now sources suggest that Esha Deol might soon make her entry on the show to replace Toral Rasputra who was playing the mother of Vaishno Devi and had quit some months back. The buzz is strong that Esha will make her small screen acting debut with the show but she is yet to make it official.

Esha who was last seen in the Bollywood film Tell Me Oh Khuda in 2011 has also done a reality show previously.

Meanwhile, Paridhi who was recently confirmed to play the lead had told Spotboye, "Since my childhood, I was the only one who used to always get selected to portray a Devi's character. Be it Sita, Radha, Parvati, Bharat Mata ...rather I was popularly known as Maate in my school. I have a very deep connection with the character and there is no sense of nervousness, rather I'm thoroughly enjoying the process."

Looks like the show is ready to impress the audiences yet again with its casting choices.
