Gaurav Chopraa And Wife Hitisha Become Parents; Welcome A Baby Boy

Gaurav Chopraa has been through a lot in the past few weeks., He had lost both his parents to COVID-19 last month and we can only imagine the kind of pain that he has been through. But now, he has finally found a silver lining. In fact, it good news again for him as he has become a father for the first time!

Yes, you read that right. Gaurav and wife Hitesha welcomed their first child, a baby boy. Confirming the news, Gaurav told TOI, "The last few months have been extremely tough for my family and me. But becoming a father feels like divine intervention from God. Just when you have seen both your parents pass away, and have gone through a tumultuous journey, to see another life come to your home, makes you feel so blessed. I have been in Bengaluru for the past few days. The baby was due after a few days, but Hitisha delivered the baby today. Both of them are healthy and doing well. I can only thank God for this blessing.”

He also added that his parents were looking forward to becoming grandparents and said, "I feel this has been a good life lesson – this is how the cycle of life continues. My parents must be elated in heaven to see that I have become a father.”

He has not started thinking about any name for the baby yet, but would be doing it and is excited to be taking over the duties of a papa! Congratulations to both Gaurav and Hitesha!
