Indian Idol 12: Randhir Kapoor receives a gift from Taimur Ali Khan, says he loves his grandkids more than Karisma, Kareena

Veteran Bollywood actor Randhir Kapoor who will be seen as a special guest on Indian Idol 12 this weekend was in for a surprise on the show courtesy of his grandson Taimur Ali Khan. The veteran star graced the show for a second time while others members of the Kapoor family have also visited the sets of Indian Idol as guests including Neetu Kapoor and recently his daughter Karisma Kapoor.

Randhir received a special gift from his grandson Taimur whose love for art is well known thanks to Kareena Kapoor’s social media posts. The four-year-old had sent for the veteran actor a handmade greeting card that read, "I love you, Nana. Take Care.”

Overwhelmed by this sweet gesture, Randhir Kapoor said that soon after the shoot he would go visit the little one directly. "Thank you very much for sharing this with me, thank you very much. After the shoot, I will directly go and meet him. Just like how every grandparent loves their grandkids more (asal se zyada sood pasand hai), similarly, I love my grandchildren more than Karisma and Kareena. Because they are my grand-kids."

Indian Idol 12 is soon coming to close with just six contenders left the race. The grand finale of Indian Idol 12 has been set for 15 August and Pawandeep Ranjan, Mohammad Danish, Nihal Tauro, Arunita Kanjilal, Shanmukha Priya and Sayli Kamble are gearing up for it.
