Kapil jokes about Taapsee playing an athlete in several films she says, "Mujhe Bollywoon mein entry sports quota pe mili hai"

Taapsee Pannu is once again ready to win over the audiences in a sports drama. The actress who plays an athlete in Rashmi Rocket has one more sports drama in her filmography ahead which would be the biopic of cricketer Mithali Raj. The fact that she has played several sports in her films in Bollywood was not missed by Kapil Sharma as the actress appeared as a guest on The Kapil Sharma Show.

Kapil recounted all of Taapsee’s films about sports and said, “Taapsee ne kaafi saari filmein aiesi kari hain jismein ye athlete bani hain. Soorma aur Manmarziyaan mein inhone hockey kheli, Saand Ki Aankh mein rifle shooting ki, aane wali film inki cricket ke upar hai aur iss film mein ye athlete bani hain. Aapne acting ka course kiya hai ya P.T. Usha ka? (Taapsee has done many films where she plays an athlete. In Soorma and manmarziyaan she played hockey, did rifle shooting in Saandh Ki Aankh and has an upcoming film based on cricket. In this film she is an athlete, have done an acting course or did you study to be P.T. Usha?)”

Kapil’s amusing question was met with an equally amusing response from the actress as she replied, “Mera sports day khatam hi nahi ho raha hai. Mujhe lag raha hai mujhe Bollywoon mein entry sports quota pe mili hai. (My sports day is not getting over, I feel I got an entry in Bollywood ona sports quota).”

Taapsee was joined on the show by Rashmi Rocket co-stars Supriya Pathak, Priyanshu Painyuli and Abhishek Banerjee.
