Kapil Sharma On Working With Sunil Grover: “When We Are Together, We Don’t Have To Work Too Hard"

Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover had been one of the most favourites jodis of TV, well not in the comventional sense of the term though. The two would, without fail tickle our funny bones with their comic timing and sync. However, their professional relationship came to an end after Kapil allegedly slapped Sunil in a drunken stupor. Even though he has apologized for his behaviour, Sunil has stayed away from collaborating with him. The two do have a cordial relationship, but fans still want to see these two team up again sometime.

Recently, in an interview, Kapil Sharma opened up about his professional relationship with Sunil and whether he wants to collaborate with him in future. Talking to TOI, he said, “Sunil paaji se mulakaat hoti rehti hai. We recently met at Gurdas Maan’s son’s wedding in Punjab, and then, at another wedding in Delhi. Chhoti chhoti woh cheezein jo hotey hai usse rishtey toh khatam nahin hotey hai. Sunil is such a fine actor. Maine Sunil paaji se bahut cheezein seekhe hai, aur future mein, if a good project comes by, unke saath kaam karne mein bada mazaa aayega.” In fact, he even revealed that he has been thinking about collaborating with him on some other platform. He said, “When we are together, we don’t have to work too hard, kyunki hum ek doosre ko bahut acchi tarah se jaante hai. I keep thinking that my current show is going on well, toh shayad kuch doosre platforms ke liye Sunil paaji ko leke kuch plan karu…aise ideas dimaag mein daudte rehte hai.”

Well, fans are definitely waiting for that time when Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover would come together once again!
