Karan Wahi Turned Down Bigg Boss 13 For Another Show, Stopped Following The Season Because Of The Constant Fighting

The star quotient on Bigg Boss is all time high. Unlike previous years the ongoing season of Bigg Boss is all about celebrities and has no commoners. With popular names like Paras Chhabra, Sidharth Shukla, Arti Singh, Rashami Desai, Asim Riaz, Shefali Jariwala fueling the drama and controversy on the season, the reality show is topping TRP charts every week. Now, it has come to light the TV actor Karan Wahi too was offered to be a contestant on Bigg Boss 13 but he couldn’t get on board due to prior commitments.

In an interview with Times of India, Karan Wahi said he doesn’t follow the season after having watched an episode where an hour worth of just fighting had him confused as to what the fight was about. The actor, however, said if he wasn’t working on his new chat show he would have participated.

There is another issue the TV actor has with the show and that is how the makers extend the season after originally bringing celebrities on board for three months. He said, "I'm sure it's working for the channel and for the people, that's why it's gone too long, almost 4 months now. So, this is my fear of Bigg Boss, mai isliye nahin jaana chahta hu ki aapne bola tha 3 months band karoge lekin 4 kar diya."

Karan Wahi was a part of the first few promos of the Salman Khan show with TV actress Surabhi Jyoti.
