Kasautii Zindagii Kay: After Parth Samthaan Tests Positive For COVID-19, Shoot To Resume Today With Karan Patel

This week had begun at a pretty bad note. On Tuesday, Kasautii Zindagii Kay's Anurag aka Parth Samthaan took to his social media to reveal that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Following this, the studio where Kasautii was being shot was closed and the shoot of other shows like Kumkum and Kundali Bhagya also came to a halt, with the cast and crew being sent hone after lunch. Now, it seems like the shoot is all set to resume from today.

According to a report in Spotboye, the shoot of Kasautii will begin once again from today. The portal mentioned that Karan Patel, who joined in as Mr. Bajaj replacing Karan Singh Grover, will be shooting, along with Pooja Banerjee, who plays Nivedita Basu, and Shubhaavi Choksey, who plays Mohini Basu. It seems like Erica would not be joining the shoot now. The studio has been sanitised and all the regulations are being followed to ensure the safety of cast and crew.

On Tuesday, Parth took to Instagram and wrote, "Hi everyone, I have been tested Positive for COVID 19 .although I have mild symptoms... I would urge and request everyone who's been with me in close proximity over the last few days please go and get yourself tested. The BMC has regularly been in touch and with the doctor's guidance I am in self-quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support. Please be safe and take care ?". Later, other actors took the corona test as well and everyone tested negative.
