KBC 13: Deepika Padukone to be in the hot seat of Amitabh Bachchan's quiz show soon

Amitabh Bachchan is back with Kaun Banega Crorepati and the new season is already garnering all the praise and attention from fans that have been following the show for the past several years. With his impeccable hosting skills Big B is making the hot seat contestants of KBC 13 the talk of the town and now reports are doing rounds that actress Deepika Padukone might soon grace the show as a celebrity contestant.

The much-loved reel father-daughter duo from Piku will reunite for KBC 13 where Deepika will reportedly be playing to raise money for a special social cause. The actress has her own Live Love Laugh Foundation and works tirelessly towards raising awareness about mental health. We wonder if the cause she’s playing for would be somehow related.

 Deepika, according to a Spotboye, report shot for the episode in Film City with Amitabh Bachchan on Friday, 27 August. The episode will be aired next Friday as a part of the show’s special ‘Shandaar Shukrvaar’ format where special guests are the contestants on Kaun Banega Crorepati.

On the work front, Deepika and Big B will reunite on screen again in the Hindi remake of Anne Hathway’s popular Hollywood film The Intern. It is not yet known when the project will go on floors.
