Krushna once again gives The Kapil Sharma Show a miss as Govinda gets invited: 'Pata nahi kaun si baat lekar badi baat bann jaye'

Krushna Abhishek is ready to give The Kapil Sharma Show for an episode as his uncle Govinda has been scheduled to be the guest. With lots of personal issues lingering between the two Krushna who has been shuttling between Raipur and Mumbai for two weeks decided that it would be for the best if he kept his distance when Govinda was on the show.

This is the second time Krushna has decided to give The Kapil Sharma show a miss. He had also missed shoot last year when Govind and his wife Sunita were guests on the show in November. The comedian, however, doesn’t mind in the least that the makers and other cast members have re-invited his uncle despite their strained relationship.

Talking about giving The Kapil Sharma Show a miss again Krushna told Times of India, “Yeh meri taraf se bhi hoga aur unki taraf se bhi hoga. Also, it’s a comedy show. Pata nahi kaun si baat lekar badi baat bann jaye aur phir wohi sab hoga ki aisa bol diya waisa bol diya. I didn’t want to create an issue. I am sure that the audience waits in anticipation for my gig when Govindaji comes on the show, but I realised that it was better not to perform. Artistes bahut emotional hote hain. Unko kaam karna chahiye par aise bhi nahi jahaan dono ko ek doosre ko dekhna nahi hai. Things are still the same between us and issues haven’t been resolved.”

Asked if he ever went up to Kapil Sharma and questioned Govinda’s invite, Krushna said, “Why should the team spoil their relationship with Govinda? It’s a family matter...an internal matter. Kapil is extremely fond of him and shares a great bond with him. I wouldn’t want Kapil to spoil his equation with him.”

Kapil Shamra returned with a new season only recently and has had celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Adavni and the Indian Hockey teams as guests on the show.
