Maddam Sir Actress Gulki Joshi Relives Christmas Memories, Shares Her Plans For This Year's Celebrations

Christmas in 2020 is going to be less vibrant much like all the festivals this year but Maddam Sir actress Gulki Joshi will is all set up to celebrate the festival for its spirit. Taking a trip down memory lane and reliving Christmas days from her years growing up, the TV actress reveals her plans for this year’s somber celebrations.

Gulki tells us, “Coming from a Hindu family, Christmas was not really celebrated at home but some of my neighbors were Christians and their parents would invite us for Christmas parties. It used to be very surprising for me, because they used to drink wine and I would go back home and ask my parents that ‘why don’t we drink the red-red thing that they have?’”

Shares her plans for Christmas this year she shared, “My friends generally do this Christmas set up where they decorate a Christmas tree. However, since this year it can’t happen and I can’t go and meet them, I will just video call them and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.”

Talking about who her Santa is, Gulki Said, “My mom is the Santa of my life. With her, I just have to say that I want o but this or eat this and from somewhere, she just fulfills each and everything.”
