Naagin 5: Has Asha Negi Been Approached For Ekta Kapoor's Supernatural Show? Actress Clears Air

Speculations about the lead stars of Naagin 5 are just not ending. Several names of TV stars have come up as the lead of the fifth season of Ekta Kapoor's supernatural shows, but none has been confirmed so far. The latest name to come up is that of Asha Negi's. Reports suggested that she has been approached to play the serpent! But is that true? The actress herself cleared the air.

Talking to Spotboye, the actress downright refuted the rumours. She said, "It's not true and just a rumour."

That was pretty much straightforward and should end the speculations right there! The actress is soon going to make her Bollywood debut with Ludo opposite Abhishek Bachchan. Recently, the actress had revealed how she has grown averse to never-ending TV soaps and might not do any of it. Naagin 5, on the other hand, will have Hina Khan, but as of yet, her role is that of a cameo appearance. However, the script isn't locked yet and her character might get a longer role in the show.

Asha Negi is not the only actress who had been rumoured to be a part of the show. Earlier, Yeh Hai Mohabattein actress Divyanka Tripathi too ended the speculations about her being a part of Naagin 5 by calling it untrue on her social media.
