Parth Samthaan Shares Post Confirming He's Showing Mild Coronavirus Symptoms, Will Quarantine At Home Till Recovered

Kasautii Zindagii Kay lead actor Parth Samthaan has tested positive for novel coronavirus and the shoot of his show has come to an immediate halt. The actor confirmed the news of his diagnosis and suggested that all those who have come in contact with him in the past few days get themselves tested.

Parth also informed that he was experiencing mild symptoms and got himself tested and that the BMC officials have been in touch. The actor will be quarantining at home till he recovers. Parth had on Eid in May travelled to Hyderabad after the domestic flights resumed operations and returned to sets of his show Kasautii Zindagii Kay where he plays Anurag Basu in the last week of June.

Well-wishers poured in messages and prayed for his speedy recovery including his colleagues from the TV industry. Hina Khan wrote, “You will be fine my friend.. Godspeed! I am just a few buildings away." His former co-star Niti Taylor also commented and wrote, "Parth wishing you a speedy recovery. Good health and strength come your way. Takecare be safe," while Arjun Bijlani said, "Take care and pl take steam 2 to 3 times."

The shoot of the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay has come to an indefinite halt and Ekta Kapoor issued a statement saying the health and safety of the talent and crew was the first priority.
