Rahul Vaidya Reveals He Was Offered A TV Show Post Bigg Boss 14; Here's Why He Did Not Take It Up

Rahul Vaidya had been one of the favourite contestants on Indian Idol. After he had exited the show, we have seen the singer travel the world for concerts and live a luxurious life on his own terms. His fan following increased manifolds after his stint in Bigg Boss 14. In fact, in a recent interview, he has revealed that he had also been offered a role in a big TV show. However, he did not take it up!

Talking to ETimes, Rahul revealed, "I was offered a top TV show after 'Bigg Boss 14.' I won't like to give its name because I turned down that offer so makes little sense talking about it." 

Speaking about why he rejected the offer, he said, "I don't have anything against TV shows. It's just that I can't see myself doing the 12 hour shift of a TV serial. Other contestants when they come out of 'Bigg Boss' they do music videos. But I am a singer, and this is what I do. So, I have to make more music and videos. I am not schooled for 12 hours a day kind of shift. Making music is erratic, it keeps me up at nights, and I am sleeping during the day."

Rahul had recently shot for a commercial alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan. He and girlfriend Disha Parmar have been painting the town red and they have also added that they might tie the knot by this year!
