Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2: Rupal Patel Aka Kolikaben Reveals She Signed The Show For A Month From The Very Onset

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 had been one of those Tv shows that the audiences had eagerly been waiting for. The fans of the show wanted to see the second season and the return of Rupal Patel and Devoleena Bhattacharjee as Kokilaben and Gopi Bahu respectively. But then, reports of troubles on the set began doing the rounds and it was said that Rupal Patel has decided to exit the show post her fallout with a new cast member. Now, the actress herself has reacted to it.

Speaking to Mirror, Rupal Patel confirmed that she has indeed bid adieu to the show, but the reason is different! She said, “Everything was pre-decided, and we are parting on amicable terms.” She claimed that this had been the plan from the very onset of the show. She also added, “I’m a National School of Drama (NSD) graduate with over 20 years of experience. I don’t need to do such small parts but only agreed to SNS 2 to show gratitude to my audience, the show, and the he channel. When SNS2 was announced, I was expected to return and I didn’t want to disappoint.”

It had also been reported that Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Mohammad Nazin would also follow suit and that they too had been signed for just a month. The show will now carry on with the journey of the new generation.
