Say What? From Throwing Out Cast Members To Changing The Plot, Ek Bhram: Sarvagun Sampanna To Undergo Major Changes After Fall In TRPs

Star Plus had pitched a lot of hope in their new show, Ek Bhram: Sarvagun Sampanna. Right from Shrenu Parikh’s look to the elaborate star cast to introducing grey characters, this serial had done it all. It was launched in a big way and a lot of hype was created around it. But the serial failed to create an impact on the hearts and therefore it could not make it to the list of the most popular serials. The TRP of the show has been consistently low and it is only Yeh Rastey Hai Pyaar Ke and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai that are keeping Star Plus on top. The makers of Ek Bhram: Sarvagun Sampanna have therefore decided to make major changes. Righting from throwing out cast members to changing the plot, they are going to do it all.

Yes, you read that right. As many as five cast members are bidding goodbye to the show. This includes Ayyub Khan and Tanvi Dogra who plays Pran and Kavya in the show. In fact, talking to TOI, the actress said,

 "I have not quit. It's a decision taken by the channel and makers, owing to low ratings. Obviously, I am heartbroken with the abrupt ending of my character, but they have done it in such a way that I could be brought back in the future. I guess the thriller angle couldn't strike a chord with the audience, and hence, the plan to revamp.”

The other stars who would not be seen on the show anymore include Tina Phillip, Purva Parag and Kavita Mittal.

In fact, now there will be a love story between devar-bhabhi. Yes, you read that right. A romantic track will be introduced in the show now and Shrenu Parikh will be seen romancing on-screen devar Zain Imam!

That is quite drastic, isn’t it? We hope this gets the show back on track.
