Smriti Khanna Shares First Picture Of Her Daughter From The Day They Met: Thank You For Choosing Me To Be Your Mother

TV actress Smriti Khanna has shared the most adorable first picture with her baby girl and introduced her to the world. The Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi star and her husband Gautam Gupta welcomed their firstborn on April 15.

The actress has since giving birth shared a few pictures with her daughter cuddled up in her arms or her husband’s but this one was an adorable mother-daughter moment captured in a candid close-up from the day she was born.

The new mom penned the sweetest note to accompany the photo where she’s kissing her baby’s forehead while she yawns with her eyes closed lying next to her. She wrote, There will never be a day, like the day you were born .. Thank you for choosing me to be your mother. I promise to love you and protect you till my last breath #TheDayWeMet

Smriti also surprised several fans a few days ago by sharing a picture of her getting back in shape post-pregnancy. The before and after picture was captioned, “Amazed at what the human body can do!! 1st pic was taken one week before I gave birth. Second pic, a week after I gave birth. My inbox is flooded with questions from new moms and moms-to-be. I’ll try and make a video soon answering all of them. Thank you for so much love and blessings for our little one.”

She was also heavily trolled for it but she ensured she gave the trollers with a befitting reply.
