We had reported to you earlier that despite a lot of fiasco and rumours that Disha Vakani would be replaced as Daya Ben in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, the producer of the show has confirmed now that she will return during Navaratri. Well, with the festival almost coming to an end, our faiths had been dwindling. But fret not, looks like Daya Ben will be back in the most dhamakedaar way and we can claim that because of the latest promo.

In the promo released by Sab TV, we can see a very heartbroken Jethalalji refusing to play garba because he just misses his Daya! Everyone seems to be concerned and therefore calls up Sundar.When Sundar learn about Jetha’s condition, he promises to bring Daya back. Check out the promo here:

Well, looks like the makers want a dhamakedaar entry for Daya. According to a web portal, a source close to the show had said,

“Just when everybody loses hope, Daya will make a smashing entry. Makers are trying hard to make her entry as intriguing as possible.”

Well, this is already getting super exciting, isn’t it? Disha Vakani, who played Daya Ben, had been on a leave from the show for 2 years now. She had taken maternity leave and post the birth of her baby, she had not returned. Some reports suggested that the terms laid by her to rejoin the show was beyond what the makers could fulfil. But they seem to have sorted it out now!
