TKSS: Neha Kakkar's mother-in-law said 'good news kaafi jaldi nahi ho gayi' after singer flaunted baby bump for a song

Neha Kakkar had made the world go beserk when she posed with a baby bump with husband Rohanpreet Singh just weeks after their wedding. What confounded everyone was the fact that she didn't have any bump showing just a day before when she appeared on the sets of a reality show where she was the judge. Many, including Kapil Sharma, even dropped congratulatory messages on her post. Later, it was revealed that this was just for a song. Now, in an episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Neha has revealed that the picture even fooled her mother-in-law.

Talking to Kapil, Neha revealed, “Actually, sach bataun toh jab gaana aaya tha, Khyaal Rakhya Kar, aur usme tummy dekh kar mumma ji kehte hai, ‘Beta, good news kaafi jaldi nahi ho gayi?’ Maine kaha, ‘Mumma ji, kum se kum aap toh aise mat bolo, aap toh sab jaante ho, humari toh abhi shaadi hui hai, abhi mile hai’."

She also added how people started jumping to conclusions that they got married because Neha was already expecting. Kapil was also fooled by the post and revealed, “In between, Neha had shared a post on Instagram. She and Rohan were posing together with Neha showing off a baby bump and the caption was ‘Khyaal Rakhya Kar.’ I got so emotional, I've known her for years, so I commented on the post ‘God bless you.’ I even personally message her to send my wishes. She then told me, ‘Bhaiya, this is for a song’.”

The duo had posted the picture for their song, 'Khayal Rakhya Kar'. Neha and Rohanpreet tied the knot in 2020.
