TV Actress Devoleena Bhattacharya Called By Police For A Diamond Merchant Death Case!

TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who became famous as Gopi Bahu from Saath Nibhana Saathiya, has been detained by Mumbai Police in connection to the death of a diamond merchant. The diamond merchant, Rajeshwar Kishorelal Udani, had gone missing on November 28th and later his decomposed body was recovered from Panvel area. The actress' name was found in the deceased's call details and she has been called by the Police for further questioning.

According to the family of the deceased, Udani had left from his house and said he will be back in a few hours. Later, his car was found in a highway. CCTV footage revealed that he had abandoned his car in  Eastern Express Highway and went ahead in another car to Navi Mumbai. 

Devoleena's was apparently in contact with the deceased. Police called her for questioning after tracking Udani's call records. Some bar dancers have also been called in relation to the case. ACP Man Singh Patil told that the police has recorded statements of about 20 people in this case so far but they have not reached any conclusions about the case yet.
