Vikas Gupta opens up about dating Pratyusha Banerjee, says she knew he was bisexual

TV personality Vikas Gupta has revealed that he was once in a relationship with late actress Pratyusha Banerjee. The Bigg Boss ‘mastermind’, as he is popularly known as, revealed this nugget of information while talking about being bisexual and what prompted him to come out.

Vikas while speaking to Times of India said that Pratyusha came to known about him being bisexual after they broke up after dating for a short span of time. He also said that his sexuality wasn’t the reason for the break up but it happened because someone bad mouthed him to her. He said that both the men and the women he has dated have known about him being bisexual.

Talking about the deceased Balika Vadhu actress in particular he said, "Pratyusha got to know about it after we broke up. We were together for a short span. The break-up reason would be that some people spoke bad about me to her. But I don't want to get into the details as she is no more. I was very angry with her after the break-up. I avoided her when I saw her on the road once. She called me to ask that how could I do that. I liked Pratyusha. I wanted to do a big project with her. Alas!”

Vikas also commented on Pratyusha’s ex Rahul Raj Singh who was also accused of abetting the actress’s death. He said, “The visual I remember of Rahul Raj Singh is he was eating chips outside the hospital (when Pratyusha had died by suicide). I entered to see that Makrand Malhotra was around and he was calling up people. Pratyusha had dated Makrand (before Rahul Raj Singh) and that was the sweetest relationship of her life.”

The former Bigg Boss contestant said that he decided to come out about his sexuality because some of his exes tried to take advantage of his secret and even tried blackmailing him.
