Whenever Rajinikanth comes up with a new release, it is no less than a celebration for fans all across the nation and even the world. Needless to say, the moment the sequel to Robot had been announced, fans were elated and excited. While Shankar's 2.0, that will also mark Bollywood star Akshay Kumar's entry into the Tamil industry. While the film was supposed to release last year, thanks to the extensive CGI that the film got delayed.
But finally, the month is here when the film is all set for release. And guess what, the trailer is already here!

The trailer of 2.0 looks like one giant heck on a tech war. While on one side is our Chitti Reloaded Version 2.0, on the other side is a formidable villain who is actually made of cellphones.

Well, the trailer looks like a huge tech war and there isn't anything more than that to it. Akshay Kumar is the villain, who will get all the cellphones together to prove how everyone who uses a mobile is a killer. This hints to an interesting backstory.

But Chitti is back once again, as this time he looks even sleeker than before.

The fight sequences look absolutely breathtaking and there has definitely been a lot of usage of CGI which makes the look of the trailer fantastic. This is one film that has to be seen in 3D.

But the overall trailer was not as impactful as we had hoped it to be. In fact, we failed to connect to the trailer and it looked like the juxtaposition of a few sequences without becoming a meaningful whole.
Check out the trailer here:
The film will hit the theatres on 29th November. Do you think this film will beat Baahubali and its box-office success? Let us know in the comments below.
