A Fight And A Folk Song In Vijay’s 61

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is not just an actor down the South. He is one of the biggest crowd pullers in Kollywood. The actor has just delivered a blockbuster film, Bairaava, and is already busy on his next flick.

While it was reported last year that Vijay will collaborate with acclaimed filmmaker Atlee, there have been much updates on the actor’s 61^st movie till now. Atlee and Vijay have earlier collaborated for Theri, which released in April last year and raised the stakes at the Kollywood box office. The latest in the front is that the film is being shot in a Thiruvizha set erected in ECR.

If reports are to be believed, a Thiruvizha folk song and a fight have been shot on the set. The peppy number has been composed by Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman. helmed by Atlee, the film is being bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Films banner. Actress Kajal and Samantha are coming together for Ilayadalapathi Vijay’s 61st.
