A Telugu Remake Of Kurangu Bommai!

An Indian Tamil drama thriller film goes to Telugu! Directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, the popular film ‘Kurangu Bommai’ has garnered deserving acclaim in Kollywood. Let’s see what the director has to say for the upcoming Telugu version of the film.

The director of the Kollywood film ‘Kurangu Bommai’ revealed that the remake rights of a slow burn crime thriller have been acquired by S Focuss. According to the sources, he also said, “S Studios which is currently bankrolling GV Prakash-starrer Kupathu Raja will be taking the film to the Telugu audiences.” Nithilan added that he might not direct the Telugu version but the production house will take care of the cast and crew of the upcoming movie.

Swaminathan expressed his happiness and fell short of words to express it, when asked about the positive and welcoming reception of ‘Kurangu Bommai’. He also shared that the official announcement of his next would emerge soon. We are yet to see the magic the Telugu remake of the film comes up with!
