Aditi Rao Hydari In Mani Ratnam’s Multi Starrer

Actress Aditi Rai Hydari has been approached by Mani Ratnam for his next film. She will be seen as one of the leads in the multi starrer.  This will be second time that Aditi will be working with Mani after Kaatru Veliyidai, where she essayed the role of Dr. Leela Abraham. The movie released last year.

Sharing her excitement, Aditi said, "Another film with Mani sir is a blessing. While shooting for Kaatru Veliyidai, I was living my childhood dream of working with my favourite director. It was surreal and thrilling at the same time. It had been such an enriching experience that I got hooked to his style and discipline of filmmaking. I just can't wait for the schedule of the film to kick off."

The Bhoomi actress will start shooting for the film from next month. The movie is touted to be a bilingual. The 31-year-old also has Mohana Krishna Indraganti's untitled Telugu film in her kitty. Aditi was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s magnum opus Padmaavat, where she played queen Mehrunissa, the wife of Sultan Alauddin Khilji. Though her role in the film was small, but the actress was appreciated for it.
