Aishwarya Rajesh Joins The Cast Of Saamy Square

It was earlier reported that Trisha, who played the lead in Saamy, is out of its sequel now. Titled Saamy Square, the movie is directed by Hari. And now, the Vikram-Keerthy Suresh-starrer will see a new Trisha, played by Aishwarya Rajesh. The actress has already begun shooting for the film and seems quite excited about it.

The actress says, “I haven’t had a proper commercial release yet in my career. Being a part of Hari sir’s film got me really excited. This will be a proper commercial action film, with Keerthy and I as the female leads. For starters, I have a really nice song in the film. As for the role, many say that I have replaced Trisha’s role. But I wouldn’t call it that way. I am elated to be working with Vikram sir for the second time (following Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram). We have been shooting for quite some time now and there are around 15 days of shoot left for me”.

Aishwarya has many other films in her kitty and she is happy doing experimenting with different roles. On this, the actress said, “In Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, I play a classy character. My role as a north Madras girl in Vada Chennai, too, is pretty different. I have finished dubbing for both the films. I play a woman cricketer in Kanaa. In Dhruva Natchathiram, I play a journalist. So, I am happy I am getting to do different roles in each of these films”.
