Ajith’s Next Two On Diwali And Pongal

Ajith is still recovering after undergoing a knee surgery. After the major success of ‘Vedalam’, the fans of the Veeram actor are excited about his next ventures. Earlier, it was reported that Thala will simultaneously shoot for two films after his recovery, the news has turned out to be true.

Ajiths’ next film will be helmed by director Siva, who directed his last venture as well. However, his film with director Vishnuvardhan is yet to be confirmed. A source close to the actor revealed, "While Siva's film had been confirmed long back, Ajith is yet to sign on the dotted line for Vishnuvardhan's project".

Many believe that Ajith will treat his fans with back to back releases with these two films, as he has been out of action for quite some time. Reportedly, director Siva is making efforts to rope in Nayantara and Anirudh Ravichander for ‘Thala 58’. The flick will hit the screens on Diwali this year whereas his film with Vishnuvardhan is planned for a Pongal 2017 release.
