All roads led to Rajinikanth’s residence on megastar’s birthday

On the occasion of South megastar Rajinikanth’s 62^ndbirthday yesterday, the archrivals of Tamil Nadu politics, Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and DMK president M Karunanidhi, came together to wish the film industry’s demigod. Besides the two political stalwarts, Rajini was greeted by big-wigs of every field on his special day. Though, the superstar kept his birthday a simple affair, film personalities and fans celebrated the day in full fervour.

Since early morning, fans kept coming to the high security zone Poes Garden area, where Rajini's residence is located, later Rajini addressed them from a specially erected stage. The actor asked his fans to approach things positively and respect their parents a lot. The senior actor informed them that his next big budget project,Kochadaiyaan,will hit the screens in a couple of months.
