    Amala Paul To Play Nayanthara’s Character In The Tamil Remake Of ‘Bhaskar The Rascal’

    According to the latest reports, actress Amala Paul has been roped in to play the lead in the Tamil remake of the 2015 Malayalam superhit comedy, ‘Bhaskar The Rascal’. The 25-year-old will be seen reprising the role of that played by the actress Nayanthara in the original. In the Malayalam version, Nayanthara played the character Hima, a mother of girl child.

    Audience will see actor Arvind Swamy playing the male lead. He will portray the role played by Mammootty. The movie will be at the helm of affairs of Siddique who directed the Malayalam version also. Moreover, it would be interesting to see Baby Nainika daughter of actress Meena who made impressive debut in last year's blockbuster Vijay starrer 'Theri' playing Amala’s daughter in the movie.

    The movie is expected to start rolling by the end of March, 2017. The director has made some changes in the script to suit Tamil sensibilities. ‘Bhaskar The Rascal’ is the story about the life of man named Bhaskar who is a business tycoon, widower and loving father. It tells the story of a deep bonding between a father and a son.
