Anirudh Ravichander Croons For M. Muthuaiah's Marudhu

Music director Anirudh Ravichander, who recently teamed up with Vignesh Shivan for a forthcoming untitled Tamil project, has also been singled out for the movie Marudhu. The young music sensation gave his remarkable voice for a peppy number, set to tune by Immanuel Vasanth Dinakaran, better known as D. Imman, for the upcoming film. The actioner is directed by M. Muthuaiah, and stars Vishal and Sri Divya in the leading roles.

Actor-producer Vishal has said that the song will be a rural based one and it is expected to be the pick of the album. In addition, the acclaimed film composer and singer D. Imman also disclosed about the song saying that, “It was a racy number and we wanted Anirudh to sing it. When we urged him to sing the song, he agreed instantly in spite of his busy commitments”.

Anirudh has earlier sung Nee Enna Periya Appatakkara under D. Imman's musical score. Muthuaiah’s much awaited is slated for release in May.
