Anushka Shetty To Play Suriya’s Wife In ‘Singam 3’

Suriya is gearing up for the shoot of his next and much awaited film ‘Singam 3’. The film was supposed to go on floors in December.  But due to bad weather in Chennai, the shoot was postponed and the film will now go on floors in January, 2016.

It is known that Anushka Shetty will be playing the female lead in the Hari directorial. The actress has been part of the previous two instalments. But this is the first time that she will be playing the wife of the Anjaan actor. She will be playing a house wife in the flick.

Recently, Shruti Haasan replaced Hansika Motwani as the other female lead. Reports suggest that she will be playing the role of a C.I.D officer, helping Durai Singam (Suriya’s character) in the third part. The first schedule will be shot in Vishakapatnam. After completing the first schedule, the team will head to Kolkata for the next schedule.
