Actor Arulnithi Tamilarasu has a propensity for choosing content-oriented scripts. Some of his projects have received appreciation from critics as well as audience. His portrayal of a deaf and mute character in Radha Mohan’s ‘Brindavanam’ was lauded by all.

The actor is now gearing up for the release of his forthcoming movie ‘Iravukku Aayiram Kangal’. He has also signed his next project which will be directed by Karu Palaniappan. Arulnithi will start shooting for Karu’s film once he wraps up ‘Iravukku Aayiram Kangal’.

In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Arulnithi said, “Karu Palaniappan and I were in talks for months and we felt this is the right time to collaborate. This is a political satire flick which will go on floors on September 20. Like my earlier films, this will be a different genre and the screenplay impressed me very much.”

Rumours are doing rounds that Tamilarasu will essay the role of a politician in the film. However, when asked from him, he refused to divulge any details. The film will be produced by Dilli Babu of Axess Film Factory. The makers are now on a hunt for the rest of the cast and crew for the flick.
