Ashna Zaveri Gets An Opportunity To Go Beyond Comedy

The year 2017 has been hectic for actress Ashna Zaveri because of her multiple projects. She will be next seen in ‘Nagesh Thirayarangam’ where she is paired opposite Aari. The horror thriller will see Ashna playing a book seller, whereas Aari will essay the role of a real estate broker. This is the first time that the actress will be seen in a horror flick, who has usually done comedy films.

Besides, she also has ‘Bramma.com’ in her kitty in which she is paired opposite Nakul. Talking about the film, the actress says, “I can’t let out the plot, but I play a model in the film and there is a fantasy element in the script, which is as quirky as the title itself.” Ashna says that she is very excited as it the first time that she would be doing a fantasy film.

Zaveri, who has been in the Tamil industry for the past three years, says that she chooses a film after thoroughly reading the script. “The script and the weightage to the character is what makes the difference. Every movie has taught me something more about cinema, and I now have a better understanding of the art. Also, I have been improving on Tamil, and now it has become like my second language,” says the actress.

Besides, these two, Ashna also has a movie produced by CV Kumar. She is also in discussions with Kannada and Telugu filmmakers.
