Assisting Murugadoss Is The Road To Success?

All the directors who previously assisted AR Murugadoss in his films have become independent directors. This certainly adds a star on Murugadoss’ shoulder and the director is very happy with this news. He proudly embraced the fact at a recent audio launch.

The director stated, “I am happy my ADs are turning directors. There is TN Santhosh, who is making Kanidhan now with Atharvaa, Anand Shankar who is doing Vikram's next film and Ajay Gnanamuthu who made Demonte Colony and is working on his next film. They worked with me while I was working on Thuppakki and Kaththi and were there for me during the tough times”.

He added, “They are all hard-working and I'm glad they have gone on to become independent directors today”. Murugadoss has made films like Kaththi, Ghajini and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty. The director made his debut with the film Dheena back in 2001.
