Bindu Madhavi Bags A Role In Vikram-Nikki Starrer Pakka

Actress Bindu Madhavi, who was abstaining from doing films for more than a year now, is finally back with a bang. The recent news is that she has been roped in for a Vikram Prabhu flick titled Pakka, which is helmed by debutant Surya. Bindhu will be seen essaying the role of a beautiful rural girl in the film. Pakka features another actress Nikki Galrani, who has few films in her pipeline.

Talking about Bindu came on board for the film, director Surya, a former assistant to Perarasu says, “I felt she would be apt for the role. When I narrated the script, she was happy and immediately agreed.” Explaining the title of the film, the director says, “It goes well with the script. It is a slang and is used in villages, while measuring grains. Pakka is a full-fledged comedy entertainer.”

The shooting of Pakka is in full swing. The film, which has a rural backdrop, is being extensively shot in Kallakurichi and Thanjavur. Vikram Prabhu will sport a new getup in terms of looks as well as his character in the film. This is the first time that he is attempting such a role.
