Catherine Tresa Joins Naane Raja Naane Mandhiri Team

Gorgeous actress Catherine Tresa has been roped in for Teja’s Naane Raja Naane Mandhiri. This bilingual Tamil-Telugu project has Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles, which forms a strong pair. Interestingly, the filmmakers have already completed the first leg of the shoot in Karaikudi.

"Yes, Catherine has been roped in for the film. Both she and Kajal will have equally important roles in the film. She will begin shooting for her portions soon", Teja said. The movie is touted to be a political drama. Earlier, the reports were that Shruti Haasan has been brought in, but with the announcement of Catherine’s name, there is hardly any room for the 3 actress.

With first schedule wrapping in Karaikudi and in few parts of Kerala, the second one is said to be shot in Hyderabad from the next week. Catherine is also shooting for Katha Nayagan and Kadamban, which are set for early 2017 release.
