Catherine Tresa replaces Trisha Krishnan in Selvaraghavan’s next

Kollywood beauty Catherine Tresa has replaced Trisha Krishnan in filmmaker Selvaraghavan's upcoming Tamil movie. As Trisha walked out of the project citing date issues, rumor mills started churning out that Priya Anand would replace Trisha in the yet-untitled movie. However, according to a latest report, Priya will soon be part of a movie with Simbu, but not the one being directed by Selvaraghavan.

Confirming the report, a source told IANS, “The makers have zeroed in on Catherine as Trisha's replacement. Since the film is set to go on floors very soon, everything was finalised in a hurry. Catherine will join the sets soon".

The Selvaraghavan project also features actress Taapsee Pannu and Simbu in lead roles. Taapsee would play a bold and glamorous character, whereas Simbu will be seen as a gangster. This movie has Yuvan Shankar Raja's music and will be cinematographed by Arvind Krishna.
