Confirmed: Vijay’s Thalapathy 62 To Release On Diwali

It is a known fact that Vijay and A.R Murugadoss are collaborating for the yet-to-be titled movie which is called as Thalapathy 62. This will be the third time that both Vijay and Murugadoss are working together. They have earlier worked together in films like Thuppakki and Kaththi which were blockbuster hits.

The latest buzz that we have heard is that the movie will release on Diwali this year. The film which is touted to be a magnum opus is produced by Sun Pictures. Murugadoss confirmed about the same on social media and posted'#HappyDeepavali guys..??'. Murugadoss’ previous two films with Vijay also released on the same day and turned out to be massive hits.

Cameraman Girish Gangadharan who has worked in the Malayalam film industry in movies like Kali, Angamaly Diaries and Solo will be handling the camera for the film. AR Rahman will compose the music for the movie. This will be the second time that Rahman would be working with Murugadoss. He earlier collaborated with the ace director in Bollywood film Ghajini .
