Despite Mega Budget Team Of ‘2.0’ Prefers Cost-cutting

After wrapping a major schedule in Delhi and canning climax sequences last month, the team of  Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ took a small break. It began shooting for the third schedule of the film a couple of days back in Chennai. Reportedly, the shoot of the film is currently progressing at the EVP film city.

It is known that much like its prequel ‘Enthiran’, ‘2.0' will also be high on visuals. Reports suggest that director S. Shankar and his team planned to shoot most of the talkie portion with 3D camera.  But since the CG work for the 3D camera was costing the team too much, it  decided to shoot much of the film with a normal 2D camera and will then convert it into 3D.

According to reports, Bollywood actor Adil Hussain will also join the team of the flick during the Chennai schedule. After wrapping up the current schedule, the team will head to Morocco for the next schedule. The team will film a song and few important sequences there.
