Dhanush To Sport Thick Beard In ‘Kodi’

Yesterday, Dhanush’s next with director Durai Senthilkumar ‘Kodi’ kick started. The music of the film will be scored by Santosh Narayanan, who is being praised for his work in ‘Irudhi Suttru’. The music director replaced Ravichander Anirudh as he has still not returned from Canada.

 Dhanush was seen was seen in a clean shave look for the majority of his last outing ‘Thanga Magan’. But this time the Anegan actor will be seen in a rugged look. According to reports, he will be sporting a thick beard in the political-thriller.

A source close to the film’s unit revealed, “He plays dual roles in the film. Though he has grown beard for this project, it’s not sure for which of the two roles will he be sporting it. It could also be for both the roles”. Currently, the team is currently canning the first schedule in Pollachi and will shoot for almost two months there. Trisha Krishnan and Shamili play the female leads.
