Dhanush To Start NEEK Shoot From Next Month

Multi-star Dhanush will soon start shooting for his sister-in-law, Soundarya Rajinikanth's next directorial project Nilavukku Enmael Ennadi Kobam (NEEK). The movie for which she was planning to cast newcomers is finally gone to Dhanush. Even the name of Mohanlal’s son Pranav was considered for a while.

This romantic-comedy will have a different story with a fresh plot. A source said, "Yes, Dhanush will begin shooting for the film from November end. He is trying to finish maximum portions for his directorial debut, Power Pandi, before he joins the set”.

Speculations are rife over who will be playing opposite Dhanush. Many reports even suggested that Soundarya is in talks with Bollywood sensation Sonam Kapoor, with whom Dhanush gave a Bollywood superhit in Raanjhanaa. However, there hasn’t been any confirmation from the team yet on the name of the actress. Dhanush’s political drama Kodi is releasing tomorrow and fans are eagerly waiting for the Kolaveri Di singer to entertain them yet again.
