Dhanush’s Film With Karthik Subbaraj Not Shelved

A couple of months back Dhanush announced that his next project will be with director Karthik Subbaraj. The fans of the actor got excited to hear about the collaboration of their favourite star with the filmmaker who has delivered hit after hit. But they were disappointed when rumours started floating that the project has been dropped.

Now, the rumours have turned out to be false. A source close to the Anegan actor said that the project is still on. He said, "This rumour is absolutely untrue. The project is pretty much on track, and Karthik is working on the script at the moment. Dhanush will stand by Karthik".

The director also thrashed the reports and said that rumours are not true. Reportedly, the film will go on floors in September, probably after the release of Dhanush’s ‘Thodari’. Reports suggest that majority of the film will be shot in New York, soon an official announcement is will be made regarding the venture.
