Dhanush’s ‘Maari’ Sequel To Go On Floors In October

Dhanush is currently shooting for his forthcoming film 'Kodi' with director Durai Senthilkumar. Speculations are that the actor will wrap up the film by the end of this month. It is being said that he wants to start with his new venture in March and thus wants to complete the political thriller as soon as possible.  

The Anegan has been linked with many new projects, but it will be interesting which project he will start in March.  His fans are eagerly waiting to get an update about the sequel of 2015 hit film ‘Maari’. The second part of the gangster comedy is certainly on cards.

Reportedly, the Thanga Magana actor along with Balaji Mohan is preparing the script for the second instalment. The film is likely to go on floors in October 2016. Anirudh Ravichander scored the music for the first part and will score the music for the second part as well.
