Dhanush’s Political Thriller ‘Kodi’ Launched

Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Thanga Magan’. The film will hit the theater screens on December 18. The director has many projects in his kitty right now. The Maari actor recently finished shooting his portion for the Prabhu Solomon directorial and the shoot of the film will soon be wrapped up. Now, he will be focusing on his film with Durai Senthilkumar.

Reports suggest that the project titled ‘Kodi’ has been officially launched today. The film was launched by with a formal pooja. The film has a mega budget and it will go on floors in December end.

The film was supposed to go on floors earlier on December 4, but due to heavy rain in Chennai, changes had to be made in plans. The political-thriller also features Trisha Krishnan and Shamili. Trisha will be seen in a negative character in the flick while Shamili will be playing a pivotal role. The film will be bankrolled by the lead actor under Wunderbar Films banner.
