    Dhanush’s 'Vada Chennai' Goes On Floors

    Dhanush fans were treated yesterday, when his long delayed project 'Vada Chennai' went on floors. The film was supposed to kick-start from June 15, however, the makers decided to delay the shoot of the film by a few days. The actor took to Twitter to make an interesting announcement about the film.

    The Maari actor revealed that 'Vada Chennai' is going to be a trilingual. He tweeted, "#Vadachennai - Trilogy. Started shooting for part one today. Director of 'Polladhavan', 'Aadukalam' @VetriMaaran. Bless us". Earlier, reports suggested that the project would be a two-part gangster saga.

    Reportedly, the first schedule of the flick will be shot in a large prison set erected in Binny Mills. Dhanush has set aside 200 days for this venture which will be bankrolled under Lyca Productions and Wunderbar Films. The film will feature Samantha and Andrea Jeremiah as the female leads and director Vetrimaaran will helm the movie.
