Director Mysskin Talks About Multilingual Projects

Upcoming Kollywood movie ‘Thupparivaalan’ will be starring Tamil actors Vishal and Prassana in the lead roles. The actors will be portraying roles inspired by fictional characters Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson.

The movie is helmed by Mysskin. On being asked the reason for shooting the upcoming movie only in Tamil and not in multilingual formats like other directors do, the filmmaker was quoted as saying, "I find the whole process to be extremely difficult. Shooting a particular scene two times or more, making the artistes to speak different languages, and monitoring the nativity factor". He further added, "Shooting in one language itself is tiresome. I think I'll be admitted in some mental asylum if I attempt something like that because of the pressure involved in such an effort."

The upcoming movie also stars Anu Emmanuel. The movie is bankrolled under the banner of Vishal Film Factory and is slated to release on August 11, 2017.
