Final Leg Of Vijay’s ‘Theri’ To Kick Start Today

Vijay is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Theri’. The film was supposed to hit the screens on January 14. But it may not release on Pongal this month as some portions are still left to be canned.

According to reports, the team of the Atlee directorial will begin shooting for the final leg of the flick today. The shooting portion is expected to be wrapped up by January 14. The team is working hard so that the film does not have to face any further delays. Speculations are rife that it may release in April.

The film will be action packed and its climax will be one of the highlights of the film. The film has Samantha and Amy Jackson as female leads and it also features Sathyaraj in a crucial role. The veteran actor is also part of Amy’s ‘Gethu’. Reports suggest that ‘Theri’ was being considered as the title of the Udhayanidhi Stalin starrer. But they finally went for ‘Gethu’. Rumour mills are churning that Atlee will once again collaborate with the Puli actor for another film in the future.
