Finally! Vijay And Trisha’s Romantic Saga ‘96’ Gets A Release Date

Vijay Sethupati and Trisha Krishnan’s romantic drama ‘96’ has finally got a release date after a lot of delays. The movie is ready to hit the theatres on October 4. Directed by cinematographer C Prem Kumar, ‘96’ has been evoking a fabulous pre-release interest since the release of its teaser and scintillating album by Govind Menon.

Further, fans are excited to watch Vijay and Trisha who have been paired up for the first time. With the romance in ‘90s, the story is all about high school lovers Ram and Jenny. The movie also stars Varsha Bollamma, Aadithya Bhaskar, Janagaraj, Bhagavathi Perumal, Kavithyala Krishnan, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Bhagavathi Perumal and Devadarshini.

Notably, the story is penned down by the director himself and the charge of production is with Madras Enterprises of Nandha Gopal. So far, it seems to be a great year for Vijay Sethupati and his fans, as he has back-to-back releases with Seethakathi and Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. On the other  hand Trisha also has Sammy2, Kutrappayirchi, Bhogi and Petta in her kitty.
