First Cameo Role of Dulquer Salmaan in Tamil Film! Details Inside

Actor Dulquer Salmaan is undoubtedly the heartthrob of Mollywood as well as Kollywood. He is the son of Malayalam superstar Mammootty. The talented star was last seen in veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s ‘OK Kanmani’. The film was also remade in Hindi as ‘OK Jaanu’ and featured Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor.

The Vaayai Moodi Pesavum actor has two Tamil films in his kitty. These two projects are currently in the pre-production stage and their date of going on floors is unknown. However, an interesting update is here for Salmaan’s fans. He has received an offer to do his first ever cameo in a Tamil film.

It has been rumored that director Ramana has approached Salmaan to do a cameo role in his bilingual film, featuring Dhansika in the lead role. Confirming the news, a source close to the development said, “Dulquer will make a pivotal guest appearance in the movie, which he is yet to shoot. The makers are planning to announce further details about the flick with a first-look poster in the coming weeks.” The upcoming yet-to-be-titled flick will be made in both Tamil and Telugu.
