First Look And Title Of Vijay’s Thalapathy 62’ To Be Out On June 21

And finally, it is officially confirmed! The much-anticipated first look and title announcement of ‘Thalapathy 62’ will be unveiled on June 21. Vijay-starrer which is tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy, will see its first look on the eve of Thalapathy Vijay’s birthday who will be turning 44 this Friday. It will surely be a pleasant treat for his fans.

If we go by reports, the makers have already completed 80 per cent of the shoot and are planning to wrap up in the coming months. Taking it to Twitter, Sun Pictures wrote, “The First Look and Movie Title of #Thalapathy62WithSunPictures will be revealed on June 21st at 6 pm”. Moreover, reports suggest that the team is somehow planning to release ‘Thalapathy 62’ on Diwali this year.

The movie is made on a lavish budget. The yet to be titled project is being produced by Sun Pictures and has dialogues by famous writer Jeyamohan. Notably, the film marks Vijay’s third collaboration with AR Murugadoss after ‘Thuppakki’ and ‘Kaththi’. Also, Keerthy Suresh will reportedly play the female lead. Other than this, the team will head to the US to shoot an important sequence featuring Vijay and Keerthy.

The movie is believed to be a political drama which has music by AR Rahman. Apart from  Vijay, it also featuring stars Radha Ravi, Pala Karuppiah, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Yogi Babu in important roles.
